Info Post
Warner Bros. President, Jeff Robinov told The LA Times that any plans for new BIG-screen DC films are a few years away. He said, "will likely be at least three years before a new DC title hits the big screen, according to several knowledgeable people close to Warner Bros."
Next years "Man Of Steel" is said to be the last film for now. Since the "Green Lantern" flopped last year, Warner and DC Comics are scared to release anymore. "Man Of Steel" was lucky not to have the plug pulled on it, but production for too far in by the time the Lantern film was released. Warner still have plans to make a new Lantern film someday with Ryan Reynolds returning as the green superhero, but that's going to be a good few years off. Robinov did end the interview with a positive note, "My hope is that over the next month or so, we’ll be ready to lay out the plan for the next DC movies," Even though they might not be out anytime soon.
It's said that Warner have plans to release the planned "Justice League" film sometime in 2015 and then release solo films afterwards, i.e. "Green Lantern 2", "The Batman", "The Flash", etc. Plans are still strongly going ahead for the Batman reboot, but now it seems it may not come out anytime soon now. "Man Of Steel 2" is still rumored for a 2016ish release.
