I like this new look and age for the "Q" character, but I would have liked it if they cast an older man as "Q" like in every other Bond film. This "Q" can't be that grumpy old man anymore and give Bond into trouble and just be old. To me it looks like the tables have turned and Bond is now older than "Q".
