Info Post
Disney, Marvel and Paramount have made a worldwide announcement that Paramount will pass all of their rights for the upcoming superhero films, "The Avengers" and "Iron Man III" over to Disney. Paramount will remain being the distributor for "THOR", "The First Avenger: Captain America" and the past films, "Iron Man" and "Iron Man II".
So when "The Avengers" and "Iron Man III" is released, they will both hold the Marvel Studios logo and now the Disney logo instead of the previous Paramount logo. It'll be kinda weird seeing the Disney logo at first, but we'll get used to it.
