Is The Doctor A Ghost Of Christmas Past?

I've justed watched a small teaser trailer for the upcoming "Doctor Who: 2010 Christmas Special" which is rumored to be titled, "Doctor Christmas". In the teaser, The Doctor says that he is a "The Ghost Of Christmas Past", I wonder if he is? The teaser of the special was cut out of the 2 minute preview of BBC's Christmas shows.
