New Video: Ja Rule- Believe

Ja Rule is back with his first video off his upcoming album PIL2, sequel to the highly acclaimed 2002 album Pain is Love. 


Nobody can't even lie and say back in 2002 (before 50) that Ja Rule wasn't the man. Before Drake came with the "singing" it was all Ja. And, this song isn't too bad, but I still doubt it very much he will able to regain what he once had in music.
