Info Post

Back in 2005 Game was arrested at North Carolina mall for disorderly conduct. After which Game was involved in a DVD called Stop Snitchin, Stop Lyin and on that DVD that incident was portrayed where Game was wrongfully arrested. The 5 officers involved felt they were libeled and slandered because they claimed the footage was "heavily edited", making their identities wrongfully used. So, in 2010 they sued Game for $1 million each, in addition, $10 million in punitive damages. Game loss the $5 million case, but the courts decided that a new trial will determine if the $10 million-charges are warranted. Recentley, Game tried to appeal the slander and libel case but lost, and is now awaiting trial for the other charges.
