My main problems with this list are:
-It's no way all these people are above Wale. I won't argue against Jay-Z because he is in fact a a legend, but everybody else, at least this past year, wasn't hotter or more relevant.
-Nicki... No. Maybe top 13 but not this top 10.
-I am very happy for Meek that he is really getting recognition, but #7 with NO album, over Wale, Sean, Wiz, and NO Cole... No. Next year.
-Kanye West #3... Maybe in 2009.
-No Eminem?? Eminem only released an EP this year, but it was pretty well received and talked about. His singles "Lighters ft. Bruno Mars" "Fast Lane" & "Writer's Block" all were on multiple video countdowns and high on the charts. And, who wasn't talking about the Shady cypher at the Hip Hop Awards.
