Is A Live-Action Incredible Hulk Series Coming ABC?

Reports are saying that American network, ABC, are in the planning stages of bringing our big green friend back to the small screen just 28 years after the Bill Bixby series ended. Plans are said that Marvel will continue with Hulk on the big screen and that ABC can start a new live-action tv series. Cool!
ABC are planning it to have some sort of a continuity from the previous two films, although they are not in anyway connected. They are both stand-alone HULK films in my eyes and the eyes of the fans, etc.
If this news is true, and i think it's highly possible, then the question is, "Who's gonna play the Hulk?"
